Based in Dundalk Ireland, my passions are my family and ultra running. I have a very positive outlook on life and truly believe that there is a solution for everything, the challenge is finding the right one. 

I have an academic background in Computer Science and Performance Driven Marketing, with more than 25 years hands-on experience in the best and the worst that businesses have to offer.

Over the years I have worked in many sectors, from Telecoms to Gaming, Finance to Technology. I have been as junior as a Telesales Executive and as senior as a CEO and board member. I have had many commercial wins and some losses, many great ideas that succeeded and some that didn't.

Several years ago, I decided to leave a role as CMO of an international gaming company and to set about working with businesses on a case-by-case basis to help create impactful actionable plans to break through their business roadblocks and challenges across all of their business areas.

Fast forward several years, I am always learning but still delivering.

I've worked with many fantastic companies and smart people over those years, assessing their challenges and providing practical solutions. It makes no difference to me if a business is at the start of their journey or if it's a global institution. When we all sit down together all we have are our ideas, experiences, expertise and know-how to help solve problems and overcome challenges.

The only thing that actually matters here is what I can do right now to solve a problem or break through a business roadblock that you have.

Can I actually deliver a solution?

That's the only question that needs to be asked. 

My approach is to sit down with you as a business on a personal level, understand your specific challenges and assess whether I can deliver a solution or not. Depending on your requirements, that solution may be in the form of a report, a plan, an idea, hands-on for a period of time, mentoring, workshop facilitation, general business advice, strategisation or a mix off all. Or I may not believe that I can help, in which case we won't be wasting each other's time and we move on. If I need to bring additional people on board with specific expertise to work on a project then I will do so, I do what I have to do to succeed.

What you will get from me at Milagro, is an honest and personal appraisal, specific actionable solutions, and a performance driven mindset that can most definitely help you break through your business roadbloacks.

What you will not get is time wasting and fluffy reports. I really have no time for that and neither does a successful business.
